Through guided workshops, meaningful conversation, nervous system regulation practices, movement, reflection and connection, you'll have the chance to explore what's been keeping you stuck — and what might be possible on the other side.
You'll be surrounded by women asking similar questions, creating the kind of honesty and connection that's often missing from modern life.

Set on five private acres in the Byron Bay Hinterland, BlueGreen Sanctuary is exactly the kind of space this work needs — quiet, held and far enough from the noise of everyday life to actually let your nervous system exhale.
The property features a beautiful open-air shala for our workshops and ceremonies, a tipi for fireside evenings, a dedicated treatment room for 1:1 sessions, and sweeping hinterland views that change with the light from sunrise to sunset.
This is where stillness meets depth, and luxury meets honesty.
You won't be roughing it here — but you also won't be distracted by it. Every part of this venue has been chosen to support the work, not compete with it.

The online Reset is where the work begins — but there's something different about doing this work in person, away from your usual environment, surrounded by women who are physically in the room with you.
Three days away from your phone, your to-do list and the roles you usually play gives your nervous system permission to actually slow down. Many women say the depth of what shifts in a few days away is something that's hard to access in everyday life, no matter how much intention they bring to it.
This retreat is for women who are ready to go further — whether or not you've done the Reset before.
No. This retreat is for women who are sober, sober curious, taking a break from alcohol, or simply wanting to explore their relationship with it in a supportive environment.
Most women do. Many arrive feeling nervous and leave with meaningful connections and friendships. The retreat is designed to be welcoming, inclusive and supportive from the moment you arrive.
Absolutely. This retreat isn't about labels or forcing change. It's about creating space to pause, reflect and reconnect with yourself. However, the retreat itself is intentionally alcohol free, because the work we're doing requires presence.
No. While it may form part of the conversation, the retreat is really about personal growth, connection, wellbeing and exploring what you want more of in your life.
Your room, every meal, every workshop, every ceremony and every facilitated session across the 2 nights and 3 days is included — there's nothing else to plan or pay for once you arrive.
What you're really investing in is uninterrupted time. Time away from the version of yourself everyone else expects, in a space specifically designed to help you hear what's actually true for you.
Most women say it's the first time in years they've had space like this entirely for themselves.
Travel to and from Byron Bay is not included.
Any additional 1:1 sessions you want to book in with practioners are not included.
Both. The days are intentionally guided so you're held and supported, but there's also built-in time to rest, journal, walk or simply sit with what's coming up. Nothing here is rushed.

That's normal. Most women who've come to anything Susannah has run say they weren't sure either — right up until they hit "book." If something in this page has stayed with you while you've been reading, that's usually the sign worth listening to.
The Solo Room is designed for one guest, with one king bed - it's not set up for two people to share.
If you'd love to bring someone with you, the Twin Room is the perfect option. You'll each have your own bed and your own space within the room, while still sharing the experience together.
That said, most women come to this retreat alone. It's often the first time in a long time that the space is entirely theirs - no one to perform for, nothing to explain.
If you're nervous about coming solo, you're in good company. Many of the strongest friendships from past Reset groups started exactly that way.
This retreat isn’t a medical, detox or clinical facility, and isn’t equipped to support acute alcohol withdrawal or mental health treatment. If you’re physically dependent on alcohol, or working through a mental health crisis, please speak with your GP or therapist first. We’re always happy to help point you toward the right support before you join us.
