I know what it feels like to hold everything together on the outside while something quietly falls apart underneath.
For over two decades I've been working in advertising, producing global campaigns, travelling the world and living the culture that came with it. The industry ran on connection, and connection ran on alcohol. From the outside my life looked like everything it was supposed to be. Inside I was flat, foggy and completely lost.
I stopped drinking at 36, almost 7 years ago. Not because of a dramatic rock bottom. Not because of a hospital or a public disaster. Just a morning where I woke up and knew, finally, that I couldn’t keep living like this.
I created the Sober Curious Reset because this space didn’t exist when I needed it.
Just a safe, honest place for women who are quietly questioning and ready to look at what’s underneath.
This is a peer-led space based on lived experience. It is not therapy or medical treatment.
If you’re experiencing alcohol dependency or need clinical support, we encourage you to seek help from a qualified professional.
Susannah has completed training in Motivational Interviewing through the Association for Psychological Therapies.
You reach for a drink at the end of the day without really thinking about it anymore.
You’ve tried cutting back before, but keep slipping back into old patterns.
You don’t identify with rock bottom or addiction, but you know alcohol is costing you something.
You’re tired of the mental load, the fog and the quiet guilt.
You want to understand what’s really underneath the habit, not just manage the behaviour.
BENEFITS
More clarity and less mental fog
Better sleep and reduced anxiety
More honesty and self-trust
More grounded decision making
Feeling less emotionally reactive and overwhelmed
Having conversations you’ve been avoiding
Waking up without shame or regret

Four sessions. four weeks. changes everything.
WEEK 1
WHAT'S UNDERNEATH
We explore what you're reaching for. Not the habit - what's underneath it.
You'll meet the women who will walk this alongside you. Your gift box with a few surprises arrives before we begin. You're paired with a buddy for the full four weeks. And we end with a question that changes everything.
WEEK 2
WHAT YOUR BODY KNOWS
A special guest joins us - someone whose work sits in the intersection of the inner world and the outer life.
We go deep into what's happening in the body and nervous system. What stress actually does. What alcohol does to it. And what becomes possible when you clear the noise.
WEEK 3
RADICAL HONESTY
This session women talk about most.
Before we meet, I send every woman her own personal questions - written specifically for her. We answer them honestly, in the room, together. This is where things shift.
WEEK 4
WHO AM I BECOMING
Not who you were. Who you're becoming.
We integrate everything from the four weeks. We sit with the identity questions that matter most. and we close with every woman sharing one word for where she is now. Every time, it takes my breath away.
PLUS - BETWEEN SESSIONS
You're never doing this alone.
A private What's App group to stay connected between sessions so you don't feel like you're navigating this alone.
Weekly Journal Prompts to keep the reflections going to help you understand your patterns more deeply and reconnect with yourself. .
Optional guided meditations, Kundalini Group Sessions and Sound Healing.
Gentle education around stress patterns, coping behaviours and strategies and emotional responses to help move from self judgment to self understanding.
A buddy beside you for the full four weeks for accountability and shared support.
Throughout it all - direct access to Susannah.
Ongoing support after the four weeks.
Maybe this is the pause you’ve been craving.
A space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and explore what life could feel like without constantly needing to escape it.

I created the Sober Curious Reset because this space didn’t exist when I needed it.
Not a clinical program. Not a detox. Something in between — for the women who are still showing up, still functioning, still holding everything together, but quietly questioning whether this is really how it’s supposed to feel.
I’m not a therapist or a psychologist. I’m someone who has lived every part of this journey.
I create spaces where women can finally say the real thing. Not the polished version. The actual truth they’ve been quietly carrying.
Women leave feeling seen in a way they haven’t in a long time.
I believe you don’t need a label to deserve support. I believe the real work happens underneath the drinking. And I believe it’s possible to come back to yourself.
I built this for the woman I used to be.
This is a peer-led space based on lived experience. It is not therapy or medical treatment.

Honest answers before you begin
The Sober Curious Reset includes a shared four week break from alcohol together. Think of it as a circuit breaker. A chance to step out of the noise, interrupt patterns and create enough space to think clearly.
This isn’t about punishment or pressure. It's about creating enough space to understand what may be underneath the habit and reconnect with yourself.
Not at all.
Most women who join don't identify with labels or feel they have a serious problem with alcohol. Many simply have a feeling that something feels off and are curious about their relationship with drinking.
No.
Some women drink often. Others only socially.
What connects everyone is a curiosity around alcohol and a desire to feel clearer, more grounded and more like themselves again.
You are absolutely welcome here.
For many women alcohol becomes the doorway into bigger conversations around stress, burnout, people pleasing, family patterns, identity and reconnecting with themselves.
Definitely not.
Most women who join are functioning well on the outside. They're holding everything together, showing up for everyone else and quietly wondering if there might be another way to feel:
More clear. More grounded. More like themselves again.
Groups are intentionally kept small to create a safe, supportive and intimate experience where everyone feels seen and heard.
There is absolutely no pressure to share.
Some women arrive ready to talk. Others prefer to listen and reflect.
You are welcome exactly as you are.
No.
The Sober Curious Reset is a peer led space based on lived experience. It isn't therapy, counselling or medical treatment.
It's a supportive space to reflect, connect and explore in community.
Alongside weekly live sessions, you'll have daily access to the private Reset group, buddy connection and support throughout the four weeks.
The goal is to help you reconnect with yourself and leave with greater clarity, awareness and tools you can continue using in everyday life.
You don't need to have all the answers.
Many women join simply because something feels off, even when life looks fine on the outside.
Curiosity is enough.
